Ivian Sarcos (born in Guanare, Portuguesa, Venezuela on July 26, 1989) is a beauty pageant titleholder from Venezuela who was crowned Miss World 2011 on November 6, 2011 in London, United Kingdom. Sarcos is the first woman from her country to win Miss World since Jacqueline Aguilera in 1995 and the 61th Miss World in the history of the pageant. Miss Venezuela, Ivian Lunasol Sarcos Colmenares, defeated over one hundred other beauties from various parts of the world to be crowned the 2011 winner of the Miss World beauty pageant on Sunday, the 6th November 2011 at a glittering final ceremony held at Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London.
